According to me it was Indian city of Goa about 10 years back.. now the whole rave scene in India is pretty fcukd up..

yea......the culture in uk mostly amsterdamn is really huge these days and doesnt look to be dying down. there more into the harder styles instead of trance, but nothing can beat there amazing light shows and massives (8-10k). wish i could afford a plane ticket to go this summer for DEFQON

Amsterdamn is still number 1. Goa has died down. Japan is growing bigger. UK is still big but I dont think the US is trailing far behind.

the Goa scene has since exploded elsewhere besides india.

Portugal, Brazil, Hungary,Mexico, Japan, Australia, Germany, and Russia are among the heavy hitters. The US is just sad in comparison.
