What are the big rave events in Atlanta?

I'm moving to Georgia from California for college, in august, and i would like to know of some big dance/rave events in the Atlanta. Events comparable to the Electric Daisy Carnival which is what I'm used to. Thx for your help in advance.

we have the big name dj's come out to Opera at least once every year (tiesto june, pvd march, armin van buuren may, benny benassi march, ferry corsten feb, etc) and this place called swerve(21+ and it's a gay club on other nights) hosts dj's every friday, and sometime sat. the promoter is called liquified.com and there are some other more exclusive/private raves that go down around town. so i mean, we do get a fair share of good dj's that come down, but you wont find a lot of the rave type scenes u see in bigger cities with major costumes and such. some clubs around town also play house/trance but it's not really a rave type scene.

Well if your lookin for festies well then in DEERFIELDS NORTH CAROLINA there is the Equinox Festival... and then theres something called the geogia burn or something that is a 4 or 5 day festi that is based off burning man... message me if you want some info... i just moved here from NJ but am used to NYC raves so im slowly finding out whats goin on around here my aim s/n is Beerclause or my myspace is [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] anyways like i said hit me up if you want info or wanna meet up for a party at some point.
