I am in nor cal (I live in humboldt county) and I am looking for raves to go to, and I joined this site to meet people that are interested in the scene. I am not a raver becuase I have never been to a rave but I would really, really like to start going to raves. So if you can help out in any way, send me a message or something. I know I'm a n00b. I just joined this site a few minutes ago, a guy who raves told me about it. So yeah, I'm not really sure how this site works, but I'll figure it out.

Just keep checking the Norcal boards and the promotion boards ([Only registered and activated users can see links. ]). You will sooner or later find one to go to.
Most happen in San Francisco, but there are a couple from time to time in Santa Cruz and the South Bay, Sacramento and the North Bay, even in the Central Valley, like Modesto.

There is a big one coming up on Oct 4 called LoveFest. You should go to that! Plus there is a huge Official After Party after the Love Parade.
