Sacramento party kids!!!

okay hey guys, im ffrom sacramento, CA... i went to my first rave last june at electric daisy carnival 09! it was insane... never before then had i even really known anything about raves.. but definently fell in love and have been listening to EDM ever since. i went to nocturnal fest and plan on gonig to a bunch more! im still really new to the scene and was wondering how many kids from sac like to rave???? me and a select few of my friends seem to be the only kids around town that drive around bumpin electro-house or whatever it is your feelin... anyone wanna be friends?! i could use some more parrty friends. 21 years old with a big imagination and a huge love for music. straight as an arrow but i love to meet new ppl. BESIDES it would be nice if anyone could fill me in on the importance of having "kandi" bracelets.. ive never recieved one, let alone make one. can someone tell me what they mean and how i aquire one!~? thanks
