it's really not that hard just listen to the beat and move to it try fallin asleep with ears phones on that helped me so i'm sure it can help anyone else but while your listening to the beat pictures yourself going to it and imagine yourself dancing to it pretty soon you will not only be doing it in yor dreams but at the raves also

Hey welcome, Star! Don't worry about all these things. Just be yourself. Raves are a time to be happy if you ask me. I really don't get the lack of PLUR that some people exhibit around here. Most people don't "know" how to dance either, there isn't really a way. Just do what you want to do. That's what raves are for, to me... being yourself! And I don't roll either.

Really? that's cool. I live my life by Plur. I always have.... I've seen some of the dudes on here flaming each other and i'm like "What the fuck, man?"
