Hi, from TX and NC

Hey, I'm new to the boards, not so new to the scene. I'm Fig a.k.a. Optic a.k.a. Sassafras. I'm currently living NC but will be back in TX by New Year's. I love all types of EDM but mostly, of course, I love Happy Hardcore. I pretty much love everyone and would like to make new friends anywhere I can.

That's it, just wanted to say hello and introduce myself.

I just moved back to NC after being gone for a while and was wondering if you knew of any events taking place in the area. I am really hopeful that there maybe something please let me know if you here of anything. - Huha

Hey, nice to hear from someone in NC. Mansion 462 on Franklin Street in Chapel Hill is pretty cool, they do a lot of DnB and Breaks, mostly DnB on Saturday nights and they do some alright events. It's not a rave by any means, but its electronic music and a black light and a couch, mainly drunk students dancing, but like two weeks ago my friends and I lit up the dance floor and spun glow sticks and stomped.

There's also this place in Charlotte called Eden that I heard is pretty similar, but with more ravers. I'm not so sure. Oh yeah, Legends in Raleigh, on Thursday nights, I hear good things, but its mostly industrial type goth music. The freaks come out though, woohoo.

Hmmmm, other than that I'm not real sure. You should add EvArRave on myspace, dedicated to cool stuff around NC. Also, try *************
