Hello electro-heads, just wanna pop in to say what's up AND to ask a question!
I've been seriously in to electronic music (trance especially) since 1990! Was a resident DJ in Bermuda (Club Oasis, Escape lounge) and played some in South Beach Miami (Groove Jet, Play, The Zen) and for a while in Montana (The Carlin). I had my own set up (studio) up until about 3 years ago, when EVERYTHING was stolen by a "supposed" friend! SHE, completely cleaned me out; about $27,000! (3 PL 1200's, Vestax mixer V900, CDN 34 CD mixer, 2 Pioneer CD mixers with jog wheels, Pioneer Beat Master, Sound EFX, Marantz CD Player, B&K Amp and B&K Pre-AMP (Vacuum), Roland key board AND my ENTIRE library of Vinyl and Cd's! That's the part that REALLY steamed me! My MUZIC. Some of that stuff I cannot find, STILL! So I ask you! Where can I find new AND old Chewns (MP3 preferably) to download? A large Library to choose from AND PLEASE don't say "BeatPort." They don't have CRAP! I'm talkin' about those rare, epic trance anthems like ("legend B; Lost In Love.") Any suggestions and/or ideas are appreciated! Thank you! JD~ |

Welcome haha I'm new, really new, myself. I can't think of anything (decent) that would be able to help you with your music. I'd say you could *try* limewire but that runs the risk of a virus. Either way I hope you can find everything again, It's shitty not having the music you want. |

![]() hate to tell ya, but some trax really are so obscure that dj's who try to find them online may be sitting on their ass in front of a computer screen for a while. i say try and track down the vinyl, and if you have to go digital, archive it yourself into a computer, and the sound quality will be a lot better than with half ass mp3's. that said, if you know anybody who has a lot of cd's, see if you can borrow them and transfer them into computer files. it's worth a shot. good luck sweetie! |
