mira mesa has the yearly carnival thing going on right now.. went last weekend and i wasted 20 bucks winning NOTHING....im never going back..

yes, express would have to be the top notch pho resturant in san diego, its in mira mesa which is borderline ghetto and rich suburbia. they wont go cheap with your bowl compared to other san diego places.

and wtf are you doing in la jolla? go to 'UCSD?

they have about 3 pho resturants down the strip of mira mesa, all closer to the east end of it.

they have a pho cali on clairmont mesa blvd... other then that i dont know much. i want some fucking pho right now. best after party day comedown food EVER!
