UCSD parties

Does anyone know if they still throw those parties at UCSD in LA Jolla? By the "DVC" ???

I think so, My friend is always there, but I don't know if he parties there

But SDSU or areas by SDSU have some decent ones.

hey!!! i want to go to parties in San Diego I met some chicks in CANCUN that said they were going to just start school at UCSD and stuff....they gave me their # to call them up so we can party!!! i've never been in that area since i came back!! how's the school?? are there any sick parties that people throw or is it a better scene here in LA??

UCSD hmmmm dotn count on any parties there. on the other hand SDSU is always blowin off with some good parties.

There's two events coming up September 24 and October 28 on the campus of UCSD. Donald Glaude on the 24th and Mark Farina on the 28th of October.

Yo Gumby, I know what parties you are talking about. They were called "MOVEMENT" parties. Unfortunately these people on here think you're talking about lame ass fraternity-type/kegger college parties. Sorry people, Gumby was asking about a whole different scene than what you guys are talking about. Actually the last "rave" type event that they had there,(that I am aware of), was back in late '99. Other than that I haven't heard of anything besides what little things they had at the Shay(sp) Cafe on campus there. The last one of those was a Drum n Bass thing in 2000. Well, hopefully they do have another event there like the multi room events that were poppin there in 97-98. Keep us posted if you hear anything else.=)
BTW, they used to be free, what's the cost gonna be this time around?

I remember those parties! I loved those back in the day. There were always sick Dj's and the circles we had were always going off!! I am really looking forward to Farina on the 28th! Then it's off to MM the next day!!

UCSD parties. USD is the school for .... SQUARES.

Donald Glaude BABY! I doubt I am going to love parade so I will probably be at Donald Glaude. He was the first real DJ that I took the time to watch intently throughout his entire set.

I remember me and my ex-wife back in '96...headed to this party in San Fran...off of Army St. (held at this deli...we used to throw a bunch of one offs at)...anyhow....we got sooooo stoned with Donald....it was sooo funny at the time

I remember....it was Dan, Donald Glaude, and Terry Mullen....and like me, my ex-wife, and my friend John who threw the party...

Anyhow....he takes what he does serious....and is blessed behind the tables...
