I think that if this is realy going to work we are going to need to get a good sponcer. Does anyone know any good record strores around town. But something like that, someone who's business will beable to gain out of this so they have a reason to get behind it. We dont need to start big, we just need to start something and it will build.

hell ya...i'm diggin where this is going. SD is dead party-wise. But I think there is a big market for people wanting to party and not drive all the way up to LA. I mean its a big city to not have anything going on (hardly). I can't bring much in the form of equipment/DJ stuff. But I'm pretty smart and gonna be getting an accounting degree in a year or two. But I could already handle the record keeping in terms of revenue and expenses and shit. Not that hard...but good to have someone that knows what they are doing and talking about. If we can get some talent together...I would definitely be able to help with keeping track of everything and making smart business decisions!!! But I'd love to learn to DJ too! But that's a whole nother topic...bottom line...this can be done and SHOULD be done...San Diegans need us mannn!

Is anyone good on the computer and grafix design. We are going to need people that can start and operate a web page... Most likely a myspace page. I have a friend who is an art major at sdsu with me and does web pages for companies on the side for some income...he also is a really bad ass drummer, which may help or not. but he's down with EDM too. And I think fiesta island is an awesome idea bc they don't give a fuck what goes on out there. Those mounds of dirt surrounding the island is perfect for a loud, rawdy crowd (i.e. the over the line tourney this weekend)....my friends and i have a team this year (i'm sure we'll be terrible) but if anyone is going out there let me know and we'll have a few brews. (can coors lights be called brew...i mean really?) i think people will post to this more once it gets rolling...i think people don't check sd forums much cuz there isn't a lot going on here....unfortunately. but i really think this can happen with the right attitude!
