There used to be a scene in SD about 8 yrs ago. However so many kids kept gettin fucked up, and eventually some girls got raped, that SD did away with the all ages and 18+ events. There used to be an 18+ clube called Elements, got shut down because of all the drugs going through there. Used to be a weekly roatating gig called 91 EarExtasy, but some chicks got all G'd out and raped. Tygon is correct, San Diego is very conservative, and not very likely to allow a rave scene of any kind without a huge nasty fight.
