Good point about the $45.
Like I said it was worth the money.
I just wish they didnt charge full price for those who showed up on Saturday Night.

Regarding the waiver. As a law student i have to say that waiver is basically bogus on many grounds.
If something happens to someone at an event---especially that type of rave--the crew is gonna be held responsible---if they find the crew of course.

Well all in all cant wait for the next SD event.

Well, first I wanna thank everyone for their love and support. Thank you all for all your fan mail.
Special thank you to Wes Hoppe and Disco Dave for helping with bringging out all the headliners.
Thank you to Daniel (MoonTribe), Red Sonya, AlinTom ,Phon and Psyler.
It was awesome to see all the new faces and some old ones.


Just a few things I wanna touch base on,

First- when going on a camping event it is implied that you take on a certain amount of liability for being in the outdoor. Otherwise all camping/RV locations would have gone out of buissiness years ago.

Second- The Sherriff's know exactly who I am as I introduce my self to them and they have me on file and I have had an FBI background check. several times.
When they showed up twice I spoke to the captain and when the fire department showed up I spoke to the captain. And I asked them for their card and contact number. I pesonally Have no problems with authorirties.
I feel they are there for the people they have kept me from veering to far off from what is legally acceptable.
I don't hide from them and I don't plan to.
Your demenor as a responsible member of the communitty is what is warrented to raise the bar as indaviduals, promoters and citizens of the state

I feel it is important to know some of the law if you know them they can help you and you will also know what you can and can't do.
For instance, did you know there is no law saying that you have to pay taxes.

actually we in the USA alone have hundreds of thousands of tax laws that are passed by all levels of government:federal, state, county and at the city level.

who ever said we dont have any laws passed about paying taxs is just making a fool of you.

That was vague example.


However it seems, and you will find that most cases are won and loss on what you can convince a jury to beleive.
And of course many, many other factors.

ill let you know of any open secret in the financial community.
Many lawyers and doctors actually wont pay their taxs but will wait till the IRS sues them then they settle for 10 cents on the dollar.
But then again they know how to "work" the system and have expert advice....something most of us just dont have.
We are all screwed because even before we get our paychecks 35% of our income is already gone.
