HELP, I want to dance!!

Sooo...like I posted a while ago, I've lived in So Cal all my life..I was going to college in San Fran for a year and I'm back in So Cal for a while

My BIRTHDAY is on the 18th but god damnit I'm only turning 20!!

Soooo...what is a 20 year old to do in San Diego county to hear good music? Are there any good 18+ clubs? ANYTHING with electronica? I know theres probably drum n' bass but are they worth going to? We have a popular club in SF thats dnb but it really doesn't get packed and its like a huge mob of close friends so its REALLY clicky

ANYTHING GOOD?? ANYWHERE???

Also, we had a mailing list up north to get info on 'short notice parties', do we have any down here???

The scene in SF is fucking awesome and I miss it sooo much but hopefully I'll go back and definitely won't miss the mini massives! but in the mean time I'd like to get to know the scene down here

Let's Bounce is going down on the 19th, this Saturday in San Diego and it's FREE. So that might be a fun way to celebrate your birthday, eh?

There arn't many 18+ clubs that I go to, besides The Static Lounge and they always have a lot dnb

Actually they only have it two nights a month, West Coast Mash-Ups and D.N.A. Electric Shock has a little bit of dnb, but usually breaks, progressive, tech-house, etc. There are other nights that they have that I don't really know too much about since they're not promoted very heavily. Just go check it out for yourself and see if you like it, all hope's not lost for the 18+ crowd. Bounce will be TONNNS of fun! I wouldn't miss that if I were you. Also, there's a Valentine's weekend day party coming up, that one's gonna be ALLLL ages, they always feel like nice family parties.

If you're all the way out in Fallbrook, I'd recommend considering making the drive to some parties north of SD county. I live in Oceanside and just went to 1up in San Bernardino and the drive wasn't too bad. (I'm going up to Sugar and Spice in LA for my birthday but we're grabbing a hotel for that.

Definitely be sure to hit up Bounce, but make sure you go EARLY! It's gonna get crazy. I think you'll love the poeple/vibe (i started up in norcal too, and have yet to be disappointed by the sd crowd). Anywho, have a great birthday!!
