I dunnow but the music was going strong till bout 7 when the coppers rolled up.

yeah....it was a fun day.


we only scheduled it 'till 9 anyways, so it was a good event.

Thee-O showed up right before the cops did.

the police were actually really cool with us.
they came by 3 times, but the last time they had to shut us down cuz too many noise complaints.


i just wish the sound guys had set-up the sound on the other side of the park.
they had it set-up like 100 feet away from the houses.

i don't know what they were thinking.




great park to throw a day party tho.

alot of the locals who went to the park didn't seem to mind.

we had to setup in that area because there was a soccer game going on until about 1. I don't really think it would had made a difference because the main problem was the bass, on one stage we had 3 15" Mackies going pretty much full tilt, one of the promoters could hear the bass about a block away from the park. It's all good though. we got shutdown around 6:30 and it was supposed to go until 8.

I was there until about 6:15pm. Good times, good beats. Definitly agree that if the setup was on the other side of the park there probably would have been less compliants. On a side not it was crazy watching all the kids play in the park 150 ft away while listening to this kind of music. It was almost as if the kids didn't hear the music at all.
