glow in the dark pants!!!

So does anyone know where I can get some rave pants in San Diego? My husband wants the ones that glow, but we can only find them online..any clue where to go out in town?

I always like taking really basic like Kikwear's or JNCO's and putting glow stripes on them. I mean I personally never have, but I've come up with designs for people that used my ideas.
