I dunno, I think the UCSB party scene is cooler than the SDSU... But thats just my opinion.

I love my school.........most people that go to Western are the ones that werent smart enough to get into MSU or U of M so they are more concerned about partying than school.......lol, but i'm kinda a nerd so school for me does come first. I HATE the dorms though especially cause i live in them, but maybe they are better out there.

But what i think of UCSB. yea its fun and a really big party school, but i gues you can say overrated? if thats the right word. all the girls look the same : long blond extentions, channel sunglasses, LV bags....yea....ill pass on taht school

A lot of the sororities are cool here and a lot of the girls are down to earth, but there are like 2 sororities that are really fake and they only let pretty girls into it. One of my guy friends told me that his sister was in one of the fake ones, he wouldnt tell me which, but he said that they made the pledges put bikinis on and the older girls took markers and marked on the girls what they needed to change, like areas they thought were too fat.....i think that is so mean.
