1-3 RESPONSIBLE Roommates needed in SD area by 11/31

Ok, so I thought I had everything squared away, but between yesterday and today I went from having 2 other roommates ready to move with me, to now having no one other than myself.

I have several places I've lined up to look at anywhere from 2 bedrooms to 4 bedrooms. The 4 bedroom place is AWESOME with a hot tub in the back yard etc. it runs $2000/mo so about $500 per room, adjustments may be made based on size of rooms. 3 bedroom is $1800 so about $600/room. Dont mind a couple sharing a room and splitting that rent.

Here's what I'm looking for:

RESPONSIBLE party kids. Yes there is such a thing. I'm 27 year old gay boy and I dont have time to deal with people that cant take care of their own shit or are prejudice. I like my house to remain fairly neat and clean, rent & utilities need to be paid on time, no drama. No smoking in the house, 420 ok if its kept in your room. You should know that there is a time to party and a time to work and get shit taken care of... AND be able to recognize the two. Other DJs/promoters are a plus. NO DRUG DEALERS, NO TWEAKERS I used to do both and will recognize both and i WILL kick you out and pay your portion of the rent until i find another roommate... I make enough money that I can do that so dont think I won't.

I think Tygon and I want someone that already has an established full-time job as we both do.

Him and I both HAVE to be out of our current places by November 31st which means you would both need to have all of the funds already together to move out with (as well as an established job).

If you both have this then try talking to Tygon.
