new in tampa

my friend wants me to go to a rave with her in tampa. we are both from san francisco California && rave over there. whats happening this month??

almost nothing, the scene here is as dead as it gets.. You might find a DnB show or maybe a Florida break..but honestly you'll be hard pressed to find anything with EDM involved..I've been looking for the real thing for a couple of years now, and have come up empty..Raving was attacked by Pam Iorio when she was elected mayor, and she's about wiped the scene out here.
So if you hear about something, I missed, by all means hit me up and let me know too.. I've never been to an all out, full blown "Rave" just the bullshit clubs that just play house and hip hop.

South Florida is different, they have the last remanants of Florida's scene so if you want to Rave, you'll have to make a 4 to 5 hour road trip to do it.

oh, I wasn't going to mention this one, because frankly you're from a raving hotspot, so this will seem weak compared to what you're used to but, this is one of the rare instances that EDM will be featured.
