Any Edmonton Ravers here?

Hey guys. Any other fellow ravers here from the Edmonton area??? I can't seem to find any!

Yeah, I suppose I could be termed an Edmonton Raver. Its been a while since I've been to an official rave though. I just generally find clubs with the right music for the balance of the time. Not many Ravers as there arent many raves. at least not that i hear of as I'm also a transplant, so connecting with the local scene takes some doing. The rave events are smaller than one might expect due to the size of the venues (usually nightclubs downtown).

the club I visit on occasion overlaps with the industrial/freak scene which suits me fine, good mix of music. Unfortunately, the club has recently been invaded by the preps, so I predict an unfortunate but imminent change in the musical flavor. Sad really. alot of the old crowd is gone.

I just moved to fort mac. Never been to an Alberta event (Motion Notion will be the first). Went to a million Vanvouver raves a few years back.

I live in E-town during the school year and hell if I can find anyone who raves. Sometimes the Y doesn't cut it. I am new to raving, but have always loved trance, prog, whatever...and I so wanna learn liquid. Cheers.
