Bhavishyavani Future Soundz has been formed in the mid 90's by like minded people when it was not possible to listen DJ mix online and clubs were playing exclusively bollywood and retro crap.... Trips abroad, raves, imported mixtapes and drum'n'bass and newly discovered asian underground sounds brought few party people and creative minds such Mr Tee, Mukul, Insat, Kini, Masta Justy to start the Bhavishyavani crew and events...

First parties in dodgy bars managed by wannabe mafia goons, followed by neon light gandhian glasses party and multiple events in Bombay's hypest or shaddiest venues...

More than just gig, we consider parties as multimedia events, not just Dj's but visual artists, graphic designers, filmmakers and sound engineers form part of this collective. Although a Future Soundz event is contemporary urban clubbing experience in its conception, the aesthetic is very locally rooted.

Over the years our gigs have come to have a cult following with the young Mumbai crowds as well as similar collectives all over the world, putting events together in UK, France, HongKong, Dubai..., inviting various international artists

At the beginning of the 21st century, the collective is joined by a crew of french refugees in Bombay: Charlee, MMAT and Loopkin. Week after week, the collective brings to Bombay party people and electronic music addicts their dose of beats and synthetizer may it be house , techno, break beatz, video installation,etc... The collective has also brought on various international DJ tour to India such as Laurent Garnier and Chloe to name a few. DJing all across India and Asia, Bhavishyavani Future Soundz has only one motto:
"BETTER THAN TOMORROW'S PARTY".......C U THR

Nishant TechnoBoy (Qilla Records)

Nishant TechnoBoy is every bit the modern day acolyte-turned-guru, with his fresh and sublime style of downtempo, Minimal, deep house and techno, which is ushering a new revolution and meaning to EDM right from the time he was gifted his first set of decks at a mere 17.

Having been mentored by the stalwarts of the Indian EDM scene such as Tuhin Mehta ( Brute Force), Tarun Shahani (Boombaba), Arjun Vagale & Ash Roy ( Jalebee Cartel) and Reji Ravindran (Chill Om Records), the TechnoBoy began spinning his way through the industry in the year 2006 after bronzing his skills at the ‘Azerado Acoustics’ academy where he also served as mentor.

At just 21, Nishant’s repertoire has grown to new statures, his resume is laden with phenomenal gigs such as the “One Sunday” which is held once every month at the Club H20), the Beer Festival at the Mumbai Times Café as he shared the stage with of B.L.O.T, Boombay Central, DJ Arnold, Helium Projekt and Udyan Sagar and it only got better as he set the bar in techno-bliss for 2008 at Blue Frog for Bhavishyavani Future Soundz and later at Aurus (Jalebee Cartel) which had him receiving serious acclaims.

Nishant ended 2008 with a huge New Year’s gig at Club Utopia, Goa with Nikhil Chinapa and Pearl for Submerge and also played twice in the same week there for the sunset sessions.

The first week of January kicked off with a Main techno set at Aurus in Mumbai in 2009 and also saw Nishant doing a Sunset Set at the Vie Lounge, Mumbai. He also blew the place apart in Pune with two consecutive gigs at Gaia (Main Set) and with an opening and closing set for the maestro Ahmet Sendil at the One Lounge.

Not one to restrict his inner, creative flux of energy, Nishant is constantly testing the waters of his musical ability. His new project called Wyrd Tribe is a LIVE techno act with Maitreya Shah that mixes the forces of the digital and the analogue to spin some sublime minimal & techno music with a lot of experimental sampling and effects.

Nishant has also been signed as a Label DJ for Qilla Records, Melbourne which will showcase some futuristic-tech live acts and DJs that will help promote the sound and vision of the label across the world. He also works for Awdio.com which broadcasts Live Music all over the world from different clubs and healso manages gigs and handles promotion for Bhavishyavani Future Soundz along with Mmat and Charlee. Nishant does regular gigs at Aurus with Mathieu for Bhavishyavani Future Soundz.

His endearing love for techno is unmatched and he is obsessed with mass-proliferating the sounds through out India, educating the masses about new sounds and genres, to bring the very best in the business down and to expose the country to their talents.
