What's the story?
It¢s Friday evening, and Ernie (Van Wormer) is organising a secret Rave at an abandoned San Francisco warehouse. For seasoned New York clubber Leyla (Glaudini) it¢s business as usual, but for naive midwesterner David (Linklater) it¢s a ticket to a bizarre new world. Okay, so the headlining DJ is late, the cops have been called, the wiring¢s a joke and there¢s a
kid OD¢ing in the basement. But, as optimist Ernie tells his crew, there are “no obstacles – only challenges.”…

Groove is a movie released in the year 2000; it portrays one night in the San Francisco underground Rave scene. Through a single email the word gets out that a huge Rave is going to take place in an abandoned warehouse.
