First off!

The school district is not responsible for playing the part of my fatherhood.
I do not need the school to involve themselves in every aspect of the upbringing of my child.
This only helps to make more distance between children and their parents.
Allowing parents to become more lazy in being a parent.
In addition, its the schools job "only" to teach children to read and write and so forth. This also becomes an issue of privacy.And the issue of legal Medical Maryjane Cards. This just opens up a whole new can of worms....If you know anything about HIPPA laws. You know there is a lot in the mix right now. Another ploy by the government to "HELP YOU" forget about more important issues. Like the WAR in Iraq. And what ever happened to Aphganastan ????
We started there and we havn't heard anything....
If people that control these issues and our world really cared about people.
They would make health care free.
Really have a plan for National disasters. (New Orleans)
Stop dropping bombs on little children over in 3rd world countries.
Fully prosecute those who do wrong to our children, such as child malestors, those who are serial killers, baby killers, rapist, and anyone that physically tortures and harm are youth in any way.
But, as we all know. Some of these offenders get off with probation.
And besides think of how much money these guys in the government would loose if they did do this. It would cut into their prophets.
Like I said, Just another way to keep the people at bay....

Also remember, The government at large don't want abstract thinkers.
They want sheep.
