OIL likes to taste and experiment with differenct styles in his music. And is from 2007 turning more and more into a more straight psycho-forest project. Still with an open mind about all kinds of underground genres.
OIL dont really like to define his style. But, supposedly, u could call it psychedelic and funky, leaning to a dark sound that most kinky midgets get off on.
In psytrance, OIL is really found of sounds such as; Scorb, NRS, RAM, Naked Tourist, Ghreg On Earth, Penta, Lemurians, Airi, Karash, Electrypnose, just to name a few.
And OIL feels really proud to be swedish, when he hear the sonic signals of Procs and Derango. Also, he really gets off on all kinds of sound that brings our mind back to the good old turntable-techniques.

In 1994 Jimmy started out as a dj at the age of 14 with the local dj crew in his old hometown Fagersta. Learning more and more about djing and making easy beats in Fastracker on his Amiga 600 the years past by,making his intrest in EDM growing. In 1998 he started out as a clubtrance dj around sweden,taking his mixtecnique around the country to finally go abroad for the first time In 2001 to play in Austria. There he started out producing house with his good friend Jack Mörner. By the time of summer 2003 he saw his first psytrance live performance by Astrix and Astral Projection and got thrown in to the psychedelic scene,started djing Fullon shortly after. It didnt took him long to start experimenting with the free sound of psytrance. To finally finding Rokkaz today,living in Märsta in Stockholm producing uplifting Fullon in his Studio:Lucky nr 7 studios.
