• Not as many people buy water/food past 2am.
• No one pays to park past 2am.
• Vendors have most likely completed a majority of their sales for the event by 2am.

Check it out, the amount of alchohol that is served past 2am has nothing to do with the promoter. California State Law prohibits any type of kick-back or compensation to a promoter for any alcohol sales... PERIOD.

The tickets purchased prior, or until 2AM does not disqualify the amount of money required to pay any certain DJ or production cost. Therefor, you inhibit a loss. Either debt or cash.

Vendors providing merchandise or services at an event, are set to a destined vendor fee. The amount of which they have sold, strictly disqualifies any reference to the amount of merchandise sold. (IE - booth space for "RAVE" costs $400).


Therefor, you have no reason to disrespect SCC for the amount or quality of event in which they are producing for YOU... The consuming raver.

Again, unless this event is underground, no venue shall produce any sort of profit share with the promoter, as it is licensed under law to provide such provisions for beverages and food per location.

Regardless of who pays after 2AM, has no retrospect to the amount of money YOU (as a continuing promoter) is due or is in debt for said services, after the event.

Its all rumors. Those who are involved with the scene actually know how things went down! Others think they know, but they have no idea.

Ask all the promoters who do shows in LA. All the real events with venues, and a decent production. Most if not all, will tell you that most of the things said or pin-pointed, are in fact false statements. And go down in the list as rumors!

lol. It does not really matter. If you do not wish to support, or take the time to find out facts from the source...

then just stay home! lol

If you know what is what, and you can prove your statements, then so be it! Bring it to the table! Cuz there is nothing left to be said or to be done!
