This is our first rave, and we are very excited. We're new to the Production Company side of things, but we're trying our hardest to put it all together. For example, we are in talks with Candylicious Concessions in order to bring you the best possible selection of items at the rave.

We have to be truthful however, this is an expensive event and it is difficult for us to fund it on our own. It might be pushed back if we don't recieve proper funding. The only thing we ask is that you pre-order your ticket on our website for the low price of 10$ (completely refundable). Please keep reading for a copy of our mission statement.

San Diego Underground - Who Are We?

We are a group of 3 young ravers who don't enjoy driving to L.A. (130 miles) every time there's a rave. Our goal is to revive the rave scene in San Diego by leading through example- throwing raves so that more raves will get thrown. We didn't start SDU for profit, or fame. We started SDU so that others would either envy what we're doing and start their own production company and throw their own raves (making our scene big again), or so that they would criticize our rave and it's structure, and throw a better one (doing the same thing). Either way you, the ravers of our city, will benefit.

The Problem

The problem is that we don't have enough money to completely fund this rave on our own. That is why we call upon you, the ravers and fellow supporters of the scene. We're not asking for donations, just that you preorder your tickets online. Pre-ordering gives us more money to make the event better, and gives you a reserved spot at the event. If you would like, you can contact us and loan us money in order to provide more funding for more events. This is all optional- but if you think about it, it's only benefiting you. Someone has to start up the scene, and if your work or school schedule doesn't permit it to be you, help fund those who can do it and make OUR city the one that those from LA drive to every weekend to attend the best raves in the state!

How do loans work?

There are two ways a loan you make to our organization works:

1) You loan us money (EX: 50$). If each ticket costs 10$, you get into 5 raves for free. Simple enough, right? (We will make exceptions where you can use any number of these admittances for friends or family)

2) You loan us money, we pay you back with the profits from the rave. Think of it as a down payment to the rave culture of SD.

3) Donations will not be refused.

Hell yeah! I'm excited for this, so much so that I might think about making a donation next paycheck. I'm interested in throwing a party or 3 as well, I've got a few extremely sick venues and an uncle in SDPD...

This is exactly what I've been hoping for since I started going to raves. I seriously hate going to Los Angeles.
