Police State ---Charity Event

What's up everyone?

Since the Utah debacle I've been working on throwing an event that all the cash will be going to a First Amendment charity (haven't found one yet, any suggestions?). Right now we are in the planning stages and have set the month of October to go off in.

I'm posting here to see who might like to come out to this. Gadge the RL crowd. We have been offered a safe venue in Riverside and are lining up sound (hopefully) with BeatmstrJ. So this is an RL helped event. The line-up is still coming together (we have five dj's so far) but here are the styles we plan to have in two areas:

Acid Techno
House/TekHouse
Drum & Bass
Psytrance/GOA
Hardstyle/Hard Trance

Due to the venue we are going to be 18+ w/full bar for 21+. Cheap drinks too. Security is awesome and will give you no troubles if you respect the venue.

So, any ideas would be great. I'd love to hear from you guys about what we can do to get you to come out and support or right to party. You can't spell PLUR without Unity.

I want a letter signed by each guard to that effect. Plus a note from their Mothers.

Yeah I definately think this would be cool, I would go. I think you should get some trance in the lineup also if possible.

Thank you for posting up your support. Trance is in the line-up. Psytrance and GOA. Very rich trance, not commercial trance. We are also planning to to a live webcast heard worldwide.

Everything's going ahead on schedule. Just wanted to bump this thread up a bit so we can get a few more of you guys to give input and maybe get involved.

The party will be going off October 8th and all of the proceeds are going to first amendment charities. We've got sound donated to up by The Dr. (thank you beatmstrJ), we've got some awsome underground talent lined up, we've got a nice two area venue ready to roll.
