Hmm...downtown.....new venue? completely permitted? So if the cops show up then what?


make a .jpg of the permit blacking out any addresses and names that might give the location away, and post it on here. If you can do this, not only will I show up, but I will help promote every weekend from then on for free. Hurry up, my offer expires sunday at 12am sharp.

I don't mean to sound like I'm against this, but sooo many raves that have been shut down have said they were fully permitted and got shut down for not having a permit (of course they went on to blame something else). So what is the permit number? What office did you pull the permit from? I just am tired of hearing all these parties being shut down and don't want to end up having a good time for an hour before the cops show up and request the permits and shut down the party and somebody goes off and blames somebody drinking when I've seen people hauled out of raves by the cops for drinking and nothing got shut down. I really really really want to go to this. I just don't want to waste my money and time on a party that can't prove it's 100% legal if in fact it is.

if you dont believe us, then dont even bother showing up. we dont want bad vibes in our underground. we are here to provide everyone with that special place to rave and we are doing it for a lower price then the usual event. and we will even have a extra phat turbo sound system and a huge outdoor smoking section for everyone to cool off and catch some fresh air. plus a multicolored assortment of different lazers and lights to create a mind melting visual display.

Of course it won't be shady, if those people are backing it up, then everybody knows who to go after. I'm just worried about the permits. Usually what happends is they say it's all permitted, throw the party, and hopefully no cops show up. So what you're saying is that if cops show up and request the permits, then there won't be a problem? Ok, then I guess the cops are going to show up and check it out. Then after they are satisfied I'll pay the slightly higher ticket price at the door. I can afford it. Deal or no deal?

well believe me when i say this, its very hard to find a good venue to run your event. either big and small, its close to impossible to find places that are suitable to run all night. 9-5am. going after that is scarce these days even. unless your outside in the desert. there are a few crews around who take the time to find new venues. and plan their events at venues that are known but safe (in certain words) ... everyone knows this is the underground. if you dont know that. then you do know. you never know what can happen, just make the best of it and remember your keeping the scene alive by showing up. its like we pay for parties for you to have fun. i know SCC doesnt make much cash. after 3 events, MIX was the best one. others scrape by or dont even make money. its a hard jobl, but someone has to do it. right?!? ... lol ... see you @ the party. pz SCC ><

Oh yeah, it's regular Xbox btw, not 360, so if anybody has like maybe a 2 player racing game? That would be kewl too, or something that somebody thinks that would be neat to play without sound, cause that's the DJ's job, to BRING THE NOISE!!!!!!!
