Break dance Austin is back and in full effect! We have a new venue right off South Lamar. This is a huge room with mirrors, restroom and air conditioning. It's time to get serious if you wanna be a Bad Ass. It takes dedication but its worth every second!

I will be renting this area from the AUSTIN MASSAGE CLINIC, so i have to up my rates from $10/hour to $15 per hour. No biggie, considering most courses run a good $30-50. Every last Thursday of every month will include special popping session by either Mr Boogey Bones, or Maestro.

You will turn on to Toomey lane, there will be a shopping center on your right. You will see a sign on a concrete wall that says "Austin Massage Clinic" and another sign that says "Capoiera Evolucion" with an arrow pointing to the rightt into a narrow alley way. Follow this to the back parking lot. Go thru the blue door on the lower level. Call 512.619.7978 if you get lost.

I might just have to get up on this, if I can get a fucking ride back a forth betwen ATX and SM.

Its such a great work out, not to mention you can be a total bad ass. The students in my class range from early 20s to mid 30s. We do a great conditioning set the last 10 minutes of class which includes push ups, sit ups, squats and isolation excercises.

Oh, and if you bring 2 friends, your class is free, so thats like 30 bucks for 3 peeps.
