the first outdoor party i know of is on the 12th of april. and that's the Squid Collective's gig, so i have no idea on the location or lineup. i think my homies at Atrium Obscurum might do an outdoor near dallas this year. and theres always Tribal Elements' parties (last year they did southern junktion) they do at least 1 outdoor a year. the Morningside Tribe will prolly do an outdoor sooner or later. if anything just check this forum, the texas tribes on Tribe.net, and dallasdancemusic, as well as teknosounds, and you should find something outdoor.
