ALP has been working to preserve algorythms that behave like living systems since 1997. Insect-like drones and cell based beats drive environmental mixes of organized time units. Drawing from his experience as a member of Texas Psy-trance trio Init-String ALP will bring you a night of abstract, glitchy downtempo that could only come from a mind such as this.

With the first vinyl ep release in the fall of 1997, and through 95 and 96, the lab had begun to define his sound, fusing elements of funky breaks and electro and calling it Funk Lab. With influences coming from an effort as a DJ within the breaks community, he had been immersed within the sound that he had come to love. With a diverse back catalog ranging from straight Florida style funky breaks to the darker, moodier electro, the Funk Lab has engaged a variety of listeners from the US and abroad.

And here is my two cents. I would probably go to LL but after reading about the set up, and hoping we're going to pass cheesy without stopping go because costume/theme/multistage shows are super monkey spaceship fun. So, to this afterlife event of weird and border line looney poportions, I say YEA!!!!!!!!!!!

anyone know if any drunk santas will get loose? Oh ohoh, and not that anyone else cares but me, ponder me this? Mad scientist or radioactive fallout goon with gas mask? (gas mask would come in handy in the event of a raid involving tear gas to make happy people having fun to cry - which i understand is the thinking of most swat team raids on parties) Hmmmm, perhaps some type of radioactive birthday suit? hmmmm
