Opening:club sapphire

Ok i am sure everyone has heard of the new music factory opening near downtown. My name is Thomas and i am in the process of opening the gemstone of charlotte... a dance club called SAPPHIRE! Here is the thing, the two owners have expressed that they do not want another nightclub in the complex. Instead, they want a country club or Irish pub in the location and i feel that all of the clubs in the music factory will be all the same, just as they are downtown. I am proposing to the owners a new and inspiring idea that Charlotte has never seen before nor will they ever see again. I am going to bring the underground scene BACK to charlotte and i need your help. I PROMISE if you help support this idea it will be worth the while and it will not be forgotten. This club will blow the roof off of any club that exists in Charlotte to date!. I would like to start a petition to show the owners that a true dance club is what charlotte has been missing....Please reply to this blog and tell your friends to reply as i am going to show this petition to the owners of the building that Charlotte needs this to bring the heartbeat of North Carolina back to life!!!

i'm with ya all the way man! i live in greenville but have lots of friends in charlotte. i'll spead the word and hopefully be attending saphire sometime soon!

i absolutly agree, charlotte desperatly needs a more intense scene. a club that would bring us back to the way it is intended to be. i will help in anyway that i can. let me know!!!~

Thank you everyone for your support it means a lot to us! please keep the feedback coming! we want everyone to understand that we are not doing this to make money....We are doing this to bring a culture that has been in hiding for a looong time back to the surface! and we are doing this for all of you that have been waiting for something new to come and want a new place to dance until the sun comes up. We are going to keep fighting for our rights!, and WILL NOT give up until the day we know there are NO more ravers left out there!
