Deerfields is located 20 minutes south of Asheville, North Carolina in the Mills River Community. The private retreat is a 940-acre family-owned tract of unspoiled wilderness offering camping, swimming, and hiking. Cascading through the Queens Creek Mountains of the Appalachia, the land is surrounded by ponds, apple orchards, and rhododendrons.

A friend just told me about this, cant believe i didnt hear about this, But count me in, just got back From Wemf not to long ago and was hoping i could go to another 3day rave sometime this summer. hope to meet some cool new people =)

Glad to see this is generating some excitement! This will be a rare chance to catch Scorb, as he does not play stateside often.

Considered to be one of the most consistent and original artists on the psychedelic scene, Scorb aka Yod Onsen has been releasing music for over six years. The eponymous debut album released on Ambivalent records in 2003 gained him international attention and a slew of releases on international labels have affirmed his position as a leading producer on the scene. Tight arrangements, infectious hooks and a phat low end typify the Scorb sound and the new album; "Ipso Fvcto" to be released December 7th 2007 on Trick will shred heads the world over.

In addition to Scorb, Yod has a number of side projects; The bone crunching psy-tech of RAM with Lek Black (NRS), The dark progressive leanings of Squid Inc. with Deviant Species' Santos De Castro, pHibian; Yod's new hard techpsy project and Orzels Machine, a technobreakz outfit with Mike Rucinski. Also look out for a new project in 2008 with 3D-Vision's man of the moment Arnaud Levasseur aka Concept!

Where else is this event being promoted outside of this website? I'm moving to Charlotte in 2 days (Sep. 6th) for work and I just don't know anyone within 500 miles in any direction! I would like to meet some new people in the area that have similar intrests and possibly go together if they're interested...
