mix program

I was wondering if there is a good program to take all that tracks from a cd and make them one? my .mp3 player has a nasty break between songs that messes up the flow

any suggestions would be great

The newer versions of iTunes has a "Gapless Play" function that you can turn on (it adds the functionality to the ID3 tag as well). Not sure if all mp3 players have support for gapless play though.
