^^^ that's cool man, i dig how all the newer electribes boxes run the output through tubes
i have a couple of the original ones, an es1 and an er1, i had an ea1 but i didn't like it much and felt it's synth engine was really weak, i sold the ea1 and picked up an es1 for just a lil bit more... the em series is cool, not my personal favorite though, personally i'd go for the newest er series and es series, but that's just me, hehe congrats on your acquisition =) |

Definatly the OASYS system, especially cuz the open architecture makes it so versatile and upgradeable....
but seeing as it maore expensive then any other three synths combined, Id prolly go with a Korg Triton Extreme. BTW, I just bought the Alesis Ion and I gotta tell you guys, its not that great. The panpot knobs for all the parameters are cool, more keyboards with knob-editing should be panpots but honestly the sounds on it are kinda lame. Anybody have a Roland MV-8000 sampler/production station? Im looking for some reviews b4 I drop $2500 on one... |

Korg Triton, Novation Bass Station, or Supernova.

My next purchase will be an Electrix Warp Factory vocoder. I need something to use on some funky breaks I'm working on. The next purchase after that would be an electric Roland drum set so I can pound out crazy breaks like the chem bros.
As far as anything else, I'm good. I allready have everything I need and I too get a kick out of walking into my studio when all the lights are flashing on my gear. ![]() |
