Anybody here listen to hardstyle?

Hardstyle is never around in any of the venues here in the states....

if you don't know what I'm talkin about tune into [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and choose hardstyle.

It's like a combination of hard dance , hard trance , hardcore and stuff everything hard /w epic basslines.

I wish it would make it here in the states....

I don't think enough people are asking for it. A lot of promoters don't dig anything that has to do with hardcore. Hardstyle is just the current offshoot of hardcore, a lot of the gabber producers put out hardstyle tracks. So I think it's that stigma of hardcore that keeps some of the promoters away.

Most of the places I spin hardstyle at are really small renegades. It's growing slowly out here in the Inland Empire so hopefully it'll hit soon out in the big time.

its not a mix of "hard dance , hard trance , hardcore and stuff everything hard /w epic bassline"!!! frist off "HARD DANCE" is "HARD TRANCE, HARD HOUSE, HARDSTYLE, and all that shit. its the grouping of it all. I HATE THE TERM HARD DANCE!! HARDSTYLE was born out of GABBER and HARD TRANCE and it dosent have "EPIC BASS LINES!!! THEYRE fucking HARD BASSLINES with not that many notes. i know cuz thats what i spin and its what I LOVE!!! im done

im a hardstyler too. only 3 of us in vegas i mix it but only been spinning like 6-8 months im still a noob

the newer hardstyle is turnin to shit i dont like it. too much 'jump' elements comin from the dutch influence. it needs the reverse bass.

what exactly is jump-style. Some hardstyle is alright, just not the real commercial shit. I kinda dig the rawness of it, but in chicago its club music and you would never really hear it at a party.
