...before techno...until 82 to 96,I was singer in different style like coldwave/punk,hardrock,heavymetal,hardcore,ska & blues rock...
...in the begin of eighties,I discover(just after punk>>end of 79)the electronic music called techno-pop like New Order(normal I was fan of Joy Division),The Cure,Devo,Alan Vega,Depeche Mode,Clan of Xymox,Kraftwerk...
...in the middle,I listen EBM(ElectroBodyMusic)...like Front242,Neon Judgement...
...at the end of eighties,I discover the house music but didn't like all,only some like MARRS,and the Detroit style...
...around 93/94...I return to the techno with at first Psytrance and the hardtechno from Dave Clark,Joey Beltram..;the sound of Kenny Larkin,Laurent Garnier,Hardfloor...the sound of Detroit,and the Acid Minimalist..(I buy at this time more synthetizers..)
...in 95,first teknival...I saw the Spiral Tribe,and expérimental long liveset and a new alternative mouvement...!!!...
...in 96,first live in party with only one machine(Mc303 Roland) in versus with AlexK(famous dj from Tekmics)...and after with the same team,with Miss Kittin',Miloch...and start to play in free-parties,often after of big techno-festival...
...Mai 97,first live in Teknival with members of Spiral Tribe(Simon/Cristal Distortion),Marc(4Q/Total Resistance),Kathy(Facom Unit) & Mc Unwuttu...
...until this time...I played every weekend around in a lot of parties in France...in festival,in klubs,teknival,parties & free-parties...and later in the rest of Europe...



BEUNS

Beuns est un activiste de la scène underground au sein du fameux collectif Heretik System.
Beuns apprend la musique en se glissant derrière le clavier d'un groupe de reggae/funk. Il suivra cette voie pendant 3 ans au sein des groupes "Numba Wan" et "Roberto Family". C'est alors que sa rencontre avec Popof, Noisebuilder et les Heretik le fait basculer dans la musique électronique. S'en suivent les premières raves, puis le split de ses groupes reggae / funk et les débuts avec les machines.
D'abord artistes et musiciens, mais aussi activistes et libertaires, les Heretik correspondent à l'état d'esprit de Beuns et lui permettent d'exprimer ses envies artistiques.
Artiste remarqué au sein du collectif Heretik System, il fait son 1er live en 97 dans le off du Printemps de Bourges, et produit de nombreux vinyles. Avec plus d'une trentaine de références, Beuns est un des artistes qui comptent sur la scène techno underground française. On le retrouve notamment sur les 2 albums 'Impénitents et Obstinés' et 'Techno is beautiful !' sortis sur Gazole qui retrace le style Heretik.

" The synth Project " est le premier album solo de BEUNS, on y retrouve l'ambiance des fêtes sauvages, l'univers RAVE qu'il écume depuis de nombreuses années avec son live set techno/hardfloor.

Founder member of Heretik System, one of the oldest, and still active, French sound system ; Omnipotent label creator of "Le Diable au Corps", Label manager of 30 labels, he produced already more than 100 tracks International DJ & Liver, famous figure of European raves and festivals, he likes to call his music "hardfloor", of which he has his own definition , he uses all the tricks of hardcore music but exclusively dancefloor-oriented music, his sounds are dynamic, fast, fat but clean sounding.
