It was just something congress debated on CSPAN b4 the raves were shut down in Sacramento. They talked about it for a while and voted that sacramento can't rave while the rest of the nation can. Then some of the people throwing parties got charged with murder because a few kids died at more than one party they threw.

And i can bring back Cal Expo. First a VFW hall or Elks Lodge, then a event center b4 Cal Expo though.
