that is tape for your car and should not be used on fabric. it will leave your clothing stiff and the tape is not washer friendly.

It's supposed to be a little stiff. It's vinyl...and if attached properly ANYTHING can be put in the wash. I already read your posts in another thread about that. Thank you for you advice.
