My cousin got me into the the rave subculture when I was in middle school, so I know the music and I've an impressive closet. But I've never actually managed to go to a rave, he left all that out and it wasn't until I graduated HS that I got any sort of free-rein from the family. So... I'm not quite sure how to go about actually... I don't know...joining the community I guess. Not sure what I'm asking really, I'm just kinda stuck ... to be nice and cheesy I'm all raved-up and no where to go ^^;

Look around for local rave message boards, maybe some people here are from NJ and can help you out. Basically.... ask around Check out myspace groups and things of the like too.

Yea I saw the CandyBall coming up, so I'm going to shoot for that, I can't really find where I'm supposed to buy tickets ahead of time though... ^^;

That candyball? Groovetickets is where tickets are usually sold if they are sold online... unless there are places that I don't know about.
