glowsticking

so, i just started tonight, like an hour ago.

i've been practicing swinging my glowstick around, and so far i can just do that... i can't weave, but i did find out how to do a butterfly on my own..

this is frustrating, who else took awhile to get glowsticking down?

practice more than you want to, more than you think you need to, and do it everywhere. you'll get better.

"raving" is about more than glowsticking or dancing. It's about self-expression. People that have "dance" contests and insult and laugh at other's dancing at parties are missing the goddamn fucking point. It's about dancing how YOU dance and expressing how the musik makes you feel with it and whatnot..

..no denying poi's pretty fun, though ^^;;
