Entrance is on the R304 about 20m before the windmill. If you pass the windmill on the left, you've gone to far.

Take the R304 (towards the Tygerberg Zoo)
Continue on that road till you reach the four-way stop
Cross straight over the intersection.
The venue is on the left about 8-9km from there

Look for signs! (of a rockin party!)
