Looking for a song, starts with Seagulls

i remember hearing a song when i was younger, maybe 4-5 years ago, which i have been in search of since then, but i don't know the artist, or the song title, so i thought maybe someone here can help me.

the song starts with a seagull(s) chirping / making noise, and the only other thing i can remember is that it is a female singing, and she says " i'll take you there" over and over again.

would anyone happen to know what i am talking about?

Pretty sure its by Kaycee or DJ Kaycee, and called "Sunshine". Could be called "I'll take you there" on limewire. Yeah its from like 1999. The mix I have says "let's take a ride" first, then it says "sunshine... i'll take you there"
