Hey guys, I hear this song all the time at this club I go to and I know it's been out for a while. It has samples of Christopher Walken saying "I put my pants on, one leg at a time, just like the rest of you" and "I need more cowbell."

I can't figure out who it is, i've tried google for results, but turned up nothing, anybody know what i'm talking about?
