I need help with a song

One of my friends burned me a cd a while back that had a song i really liked. When I moved i lost the cd, and now I have no clue who it's by or what it's called so i can download it. I think it's called "exterminate" but I am not sure. It's a really wicked beat and a female voice that say's "exterminate, destroy" and I remember one part that goes " you turn if you want to. The wheels not for turning. I move by psycho connetic powers there is no such thing as society." If anyone knows this song please help me out. It reminds me of better days with my friends...

Isn't that song by DJ Neophye? Or DJ Panic? Or both? lol. I have that downloaded I think...If you search DJ Neophyte if you are using a download program it will pop up, its the most listed song. But I dont have a song downloader so i cant check
