My brother had this techno cd, and I believe it was of 2 girls dj-ing together, spinning records/playing keyboard. it would say "after the rain, there's the sunshine" very pretty... and i can not find that song anymore so help me out if you can

There's a track by Icey and Jen Lasher called "Rain". I don't know if you're familiar with breaks but it could be that, at least thats what your vocals reminded me of anyway. Good luck!

one of my records by Fable entitled 'When he's gone' is similar to that but it goes after the rain there is no sunshine.
