Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha-ha, Ha-ha song! Please anyone knows it?

Hi folks,

Im sort of an old-ish school raver and back in my time around 1992-95,
there was a very popular rave track and I cant find the artist/DJ
and the proper title of it for the Earth!
It was like a continuous "Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha-ha, Ha-ha" and it just kept repeating on a sort of robotic voice with some forgettable melody underneath.
They played normally along with the likes of "Spring" from RMB and "I need your lovin" from Florida Inc.
I loved that "Ha-Ha" song so please help me out here!
