Just moved to Minnesotta

My bestfriend just moved to Minn. and I need to find him a kick ass party to go to. He lives in Rochester fo rhte moment. Is there anything happening here or what. He comes out to LA all the time to party but now it's my turn to go to his pad. So hit me up if there is anything to do here. OR should we just fly to Chicago?
