You got a light??

Ok...so maybe im out of the loop a liitle....

after pop was over i walked to my friends car and brought a group of people from LA with me and blasted music while talking/hugging/drinking. Great. Good yummy fun.
But after i left that area to meet my other group of friends who i was leaving with, i walked through a sketchy alley and there were two guys just chillin there smoking a cigarette. They looked a bit shadier than most i guess, but i was still rolling and feeling great. So i was nice and as i walked past i nicely said the following :
"Did you guys have a good night?"

And then almost immediatly i get called nig** this and nig** that and next thing i know these two guys are yelling at me and one of them threatens me with, what i guess was a knife, but luckily for me the older guy holds him back and talks some sense into him. I think i might have actually have been stabbed if i wasnt so close to the cops( 2 blocks away ). Like actually. I was kinda shocked and surprise so i kinda just stood there looking at him with my camelback on and no shirt, then i realized what happened and just kept walking. But now that i think about it, that shit was scary. As i walked away i heard them shout: "Next time, nig**, dont ask a motherfucka for a light."

So...is there something wrong with asking someone for a fucking light?
Which is not even what i said in the first place, but thats irrelevant....

after all the good vibes and awesomely plurry people at pop, it was a bit too easy to forget that people in the world outside aren't all so wonderful. toon and i ran into some not-so-decent human beings outside the GBH. wouldn't it be great if everyone had a working moral compass?

p.s. i made you a piece of kandi, but didn't run into you at pop! are you going to edc? =]

Like...ive been exposed to crazy ass people, such as in Brazil where i moved to america from....but that was just sooo damn random...

so WHAT if i did ask for a damn light...whats wrong with that?

Yea, i tried to make my way to RL meetup with two other guys from RL and we were all rolling pretty hard at the time...needless to say i just gave up and went back to dancing. I hope you all had tons of fun! Hope the cops didnt harass u like they did me, fucking punks. I honestly am trying to make it to EDC...but its so far. I might just take public transport over there with some friends, so we dont have to pay for gas...unless someone wouldnt mind transporting a little 17 year brazilian raver with them who would be more than willing to pay for gas/food...

that goes to show you that they were doing something shady in the first place.. since they went all crazy and they didn't even hear what you had said!!
