Sunshine Disco on Friday is next up for me. I had to cut back cause of work, but this weekend is closing weekend! Yay! But yeah, I'm a total newbie. I've only been to 6 raves.

yeah Klover's right, it's just music, lights and friends old and new. It's very possible for somebody new to be much more ABOUT THE MUSIC. and i'm guessing that's why you've been to more than one. I'm giving you that benefit of the doubt, knowing damn well not everybody in this scene CARES about the music first, or second maybe to friends..... just not second to drugs, ass, etc. although what kinda party doesn't have drugs and ass? j/k

And I never got a wristband from TTLG.

I didnt mean anything by the time comment, its just that you meet people and they have a certain feel to them! In all actuality its not about the scene, the music, the people or the drugs! Its about happiness and doing the things in life that bring us pleasure. I mean we dont go to a rave because it makes us uncomfortable, we do it cuz it brings us closer to achieving a level of serenity!!! The people, the music, the drugs are all in a sense just tools that help us achieve this peace... I LOVE IT ALL
