Who remembers Lithium Dosage and Pop Ya Cork?

Lithium Dosage was a small event that took place at an abandoned warehouse (no surprise there) in San Fran in the middle of December '06. It was my very first rave, and probably one of my favorites of all time. I'm just wondering if there's anyone out there that remembers hearing about it or going to it. I'd also like to know what crew threw that party.

Also, does anyone remember Pop Ya Cork? It was the New Years Eve party of '06. I wasn't able to go, but I hear that they are throwing a second PYC for '08. Anybody have any news or memories to share?

I was at both these parties! Lithium Dosage was a great party, I haven't been to a party at that venue since then, I've wondered if it would be used again. I really like vuenue. And Pop Ya Cork was fucking awesome! it was my favorite party ever that has been shut down, Nocturnalism always put on a fucking good show even if cops fuck it up! But yeah I miss those kinds of parties, there doesn't seem to be ones like those recently.

never went to lithium dosage but i rember pop ya cork at a like roller rink was crazy night that got shut down i mean after you been to so many parties the big ones are the ones that stand out.... trip 3 !@!@! i think lol

Lithium Dosage was put on by M.O.T.T.S. Productions and was at 'Cellspace' I believe. Same crew also threw the 'girls gone applesauce' party last summer and even had thier own NRG/hardhouse float at loveparade. Awesome people to kick it with =D


Nocturnalism hosted Trippendicular 4 back in December, and actually has an event coming this summer called 'Technologic' on July 5th. Its an 18+ party at SomArts

Hey jules, ah yes pyc...my first real rave...got moved to the crackhouse afterwards...but it was still fucking awesome...It was also my favorite party...Nocturnalism knows how to throw a party...

you should check out our next party called technologic! Its going to be a dope event at soma arts in SF. 3 lasers, visual screens, dope music! hope to see u there!

Pop Ya Cork was my first rave ever!! We drove around Oakland trying to find the venue. by the time we had called the info line it had been shut down. Right as we were looking for the highway entrance home... we saw a raver walkin down the street. Waited for an hour or more in line hoping to catch door tickets, got a lil help from a couple girls, and got in!!

And it was absolutely amazing... danced my ass off... was thrilled by all those around me... met a couple people i really wish i could find again... and got my rave name. I was a scared little one when the cops came and broke it up, but we just went back to the car bumped some music, hung out, and went home for the night.

Was really hoping for a Pop Ya Cork this past new years, but i'll definitely have to catch it this year!

Pop Ya Cork was an insane party!!! The best part of that night for me was getting the scoreboard set up for the count down. My set ended at 11 which gave me 45 minutes to figure it out. The owner of the venue had to call her son to give me directions. Once I had figured it out there was about 10 minutes till the New Year. I ran up to the main stage just in time to find our fearless leader (Ginn) breakin out the Champagne!
